Do you live for content? Can you turn a 10-second clip into 10,000 views? We’re looking for a full-time, in-house Social Media & Content Creator to bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

You’ll work directly with our business owners and team in Miami Lakes, creating content that’s dynamic, bold, and built to grow engagement and drive new business. This is your chance to be the creative force behind a fast-growing, community-focused brand.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, capture, and edit short-form videos and photos weekly (TikToks, Reels, Stories, etc.)

Manage content calendars and schedule posts across platforms

Design graphics using Canva or Adobe tools

Write catchy, brand-aligned captions and marketing copy

Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that stand out

Travel occasionally to local client sites to get footage or interviews

Collaborate with a passionate team and get direct feedback from ownership

What You Bring:

Fluent English (Spanish a bonus)

Social media savvy — you’re on top of trends, audio, and aesthetics

Experience creating short-form videos (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe, etc.)

Good eye for framing, lighting, and branding

Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Bonus: Photography or past work in a creative agency/studio
