Senior Sales Operations Manager
This individual will report to the Director of Sales Operations and will be responsible for driving the worldwide sales function and analytics as well as identifying and implementing system/process automation and optimization. We are looking for someone with strong data analytical skills that can work with cross functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance and Marketing. They must be able to work within deadlines and have the flexibility to support special projects as needed.
This position has the following responsibilities:
- Manage Sales Quoting, Sales Forecasting, Data dashboards, corporate customer master, sales compensation, and data integrity, and work with IT to further automate these functions.
- Develop and manage data integrity across all sales platforms this includes sales force, Territory management system, Oracle, Data Warehouse
- Manage individuals responsible for forecasting, quote pricing and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong background in analysis and data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate effectively with executive staff
- 7+ yrs experience with Salesforce, ModelN or other CRM
- Excellent Excel skills with ability to reconcile and validate content.
- MS Access, Business Objects, and Tableau experience is a plus
- Must have strong track record of delivering high quality work under deadlines
- Must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of semiconductor sales business processes.
- 7+ yrs experience in Semiconductor / Channel Sales and working with Point of Sales (POS) data, ship and debits, and quoting.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
