Now Hiring: In-Process Inspectors – 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay: $18.00–$18.72/hr

Join a leading electronics manufacturing team in Kenosha! We're looking for detail-oriented In-Process Inspectors for both 1st and 2nd shift to ensure high-quality production in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Mon–Fri | 7:00am–3:30pm

(OT possible: 5:00am–3:30pm Tues–Fri & Sat 5:00am–11:00am)

2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:30pm–12:00am

(OT possible: 3:30pm–2:00am Mon–Thurs & Sat 1:30pm–7:30pm)

Training may begin on 1st shift (at 1st shift pay) for up to 4 weeks.

What You’ll Do:

Inspect sub-assemblies and final assemblies

Use AOI or 5DX equipment (2nd shift)

Identify components, placement, and solder quality

Record inspection results & report findings

Collaborate with machine operators and techs to resolve issues

Follow IPC standards and quality processes

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with AOI/5DX equipment (a plus for 2nd shift)

Working knowledge of IPC guidelines

Manual dexterity, attention to detail

Able to lift 35 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

Solder certification & electronics manufacturing experience preferred

Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR requirement)
