Position Overview:
We are looking for a Staff Accountant who is eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a keen interest in accounting and tax advisory. As a Staff Accountant, you'll gain exposure to complex individual and business tax returns, innovative planning strategies, and have opportunities to contribute to consulting and advisory projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in the review of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Support tax planning and advisory efforts for high-net-worth clients
• Perform general ledger and financial statement analysis
• Leverage technology and workflow tools to support efficient processing
• Research tax regulations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• Maintain and build strong client relationships through clear communication and quality service
• Assist with special projects including automation, internal process improvements, and consulting opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
• 150 completed semester units preferred (CPA-track)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a desire to grow in a collaborative environment
• Interest in tax, consulting, and leveraging modern technology
