Senior Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will represent American Roots and their unique products.
Essential Functions:
- The Senior Sales Representative will be calling on existing clients and new prospects, always providing excellent customer services before, during, and after the sale to ensure retention and loyalty to the AR brand
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentations for potential and existing customers
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
- Develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals
- Promptly submit customers’ sales orders to the appropriate department for processing and production scheduling
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer loyalty
- Expand brand image by attending Industry Conferences and Conventions

Qualifications:
- Personal integrity
- Ability to travel a minimum of 25-30% of the time

Successful candidates will have a strong sales aptitude, proven skills, and a good work ethic.
Compensation will include a base salary, ranging from $50,000 - $60,000, plus commission and full benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience.
