Seeking to fill Office Assistant positions (part-time/full-time)

Company Description:
Medical-legal physician consultation services. Provides expert testimony in thesis format.

Job Qualifications:
Good telephone skills. Detail-minded. Ability to type. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Job Description:
Provide administrative support to department managers. Data entry. Typing reports. Telephone contact. Appointment scheduling. Prepare and send business letters. General office duties such as: photocopying, faxing, filing, etc.
