What You'll Do
As an Analyst, you’ll evolve into a key player on client projects. You’ll develop a mix of technical, functional, and consulting skills as you work closely with experienced teammates and industry leaders.
Translate business needs into functional solutions using Workday
Configure Workday applications based on established best practices
Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of system features
Document processes and designs using flowcharts, diagrams, and user guides
Create training materials and support tools for client teams
Manage tasks using tools and methodologies that keep projects on track
Explore Your Track
You’ll have the opportunity to specialize in one or more key domains:
Grants – Support compliance and reporting for grant-based funding
Procure to Pay (P2P) – Focus on Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Extend – Help build custom apps and extensions on the Workday platform
Core HCM – Benefits – Support benefits configuration and employee experience
Accounting Center – Work on financial data integration and reporting
Adaptive – Dive into planning, forecasting, and performance modeling
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, HR, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Interest in technology, enterprise systems, and consulting
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Self-starter mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
