Client Age Range: 2 to 21 years

Join our dedicated team of ABA professionals and make a direct impact in the lives of children with autism and other developmental differences.

What You’ll Do:
Work 1:1 with children and teens implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs

Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques

Collect and track behavioral data during sessions

Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and a supportive clinical team

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

 This Is Perfect For:
Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related majors

Students or recent grads looking for clinical experience

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma required; college coursework or degree in Psychology or related field preferred

Previous experience with children is a plus, but not required—we provide full training!

Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude

Patience, reliability, and a desire to learn
