Role Description

· Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and movement disorders, integrating both traditional PT and Pilates-based rehabilitation (training provided if needed).

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.

· Educate patients on injury prevention, movement strategies, and self-care techniques.

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and Pilates instructors to provide comprehensive patient care.

· Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and professional standards.

· Lead occasional small group rehab-focused Pilates sessions (if certified or willing to become certified).

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients.

· Be open to working some weekends as needed to accommodate patient scheduling.

Qualifications

· Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

· Valid Texas PT license (Temporary License also accepted)

· Minimum of one year of clinical experience (outpatient ortho, sports rehab, or pelvic floor experience preferred)

· Pelvic floor rehabilitation experience preferred but not required

· Pilates instructor certification preferred but not required (we can help you get certified/trained!)

· Patient-centered approach with a strong focus on enhancing patient experience and treatment outcomes

· Passion for movement and a holistic approach to rehab and wellness

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment

· Willingness to embrace innovative rehab techniques and help shape the culture of a new, cutting-edge PT and Pilates studio

· CPR and First Aid Certification is a plus

· Able to be on their feet for most of their shift and lift up to 45 lbs
