Marketing Project Coordinator

Marketing Project Coordinator, Sift Legal Marketing. Remote, full-time. 
 

We at Sift Legal Marketing are about holding large corporations accountable for their wrongdoing and empowering consumers via social media advertising to connect with the law firms bringing the nation’s largest suits to court. We’re looking for a versatile individual who is eager to help coordinate project creation. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage creative teammates to make marketing campaigns come together. The individual should be a proficient communicator, comfortable at keeping track of a number of projects with deadlines to meet clients’ needs, and interested in learning how to advertise on platforms such as Meta.

Objectives of this role

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Communicating with team members about the needed creative assets.
  • Maintaining a method of organization to keep track of and meet deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance in reviewing the team’s work before rollout.
  • Further company’s growth through new tools and creative outlets
  • Learn how to set up and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for graphic designer and web developer to make aesthetically pleasing assets that are easily understood and motivating to audiences for advertising campaigns.
  • Building client intake forms using Jotform.
  • Providing non-technical direction to social media campaign builder.
  • Proofing graphics and landing pages.
  • Reviewing Zapier integrations (experience not necessary).
  • Maintaining internal records of,  and executing, each client’s unique particularities/preferences.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, organizing, and decision-making skills.
  • Task-execution mind with eye for creativity.
  • Experience with G-Suite. Experience with ClickUp, Jotform, and Slack will help but is not required.
  • Comfort with figuring out and proposing solutions to new challenges rather than seeking direction without first ideating.   

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, English, or related field.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
  • Interest to learn about new platforms and tools that may advance company initiatives, and pitching/sharing them with the team.
