Receptionist (Full-Time Temporary)

The George DeLallo Company is looking for a highly qualified full-time, temporary Receptionist to professionally answer telephone inquiries and greet visitors, as well as perform a variety of administrative tasks.

While the Receptionist position is temporary, a successful candidate may be considered for other opportunities after successfully filling this temporary role. 

 

Essential Functions

  • Adhere to working hours of Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
  • Communicate pertinent information to staff.
  • Greet visitors and ensure that all security procedures are followed.
  • Perform various administrative functions as assigned.
  • Label and affix postage for all mail.

Required Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years related experience preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail with a strong focus on ability to multi-task and follow-through
  • Demonstrate clear, easy to understand, and professional written and oral communication skills
