Job Description:

• Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished product samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.
• Conducts incoming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.
• Records test results on batch tickets and in the company’s computer operating system.
• Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests
• Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
• Maintain housekeeping of the working place
• Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy
• Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.
• Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.
• Support all Quality Control related One PPG initiatives
