Leasing Agent

We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Agent to manage the leasing process for both residential apartments and commercial office spaces. The ideal candidate will excel in attracting tenants, maintaining high occupancy rates, and fostering positive tenant relationships. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service skills, and in-depth knowledge of leasing regulations for residential and commercial properties.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- **Tenant Acquisition & Leasing:**  
 - Conduct tours of apartments, office suites, and shared amenities (e.g., conference rooms, lobbies).  
 - Respond to inquiries (phone, email, in-person) and guide prospective tenants through application processes.  
 - Screen applicants (credit checks, references) and prepare lease agreements tailored to residential/commercial needs.  
 - Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and rent adjustments in line with market trends.  

- **Marketing & Outreach:**  
 - Create compelling property listings (online platforms, social media).  
 - Collaborate on marketing campaigns targeting both residential and business tenants.  
 - Build relationships with local businesses, brokers, and community organizations.  

- **Tenant Relations & Operations:**  
 - Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, including inspections and documentation.  
 - Address tenant concerns promptly (maintenance requests, lease disputes).  
 - Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and tenant communications.  

- **Market Analysis:**  
 - Research local rental markets to recommend competitive pricing and promotions.  
 - Monitor competitor properties and adjust strategies to maximize occupancy.
