Open Shifts Across Facilities:

1st shift – full-time, part-time, per diem

2nd shift – full-time, part-time, per diem

3rd shift – full-time, part-time, per diem

Responsibilities:

Provide resident care in accordance with CCNH policies, standards, and state/federal regulations

Assess, plan, implement, and monitor care plans in collaboration with supervisors and physicians

Support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care

Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards

Treat residents with dignity and respect while encouraging independence and optimal functioning

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current RN or LPN license in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing

Long-term care experience preferred but not required
