Inside Sales Representative – Real Estate Acquisitions & Brokerage

Full-Time | Base + Commission

Are you a self-starter with a passion for real estate and a knack for building relationships over the phone? Coldwell Banker Custom Realty is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our property acquisition and sales efforts—identifying potential sellers, building rapport, and uncovering opportunities for both property purchases and brokered sales. We specialize in both residential and commercial real estate, and we’re looking for someone eager to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to property owners with the goal of identifying motivated sellers
• Qualify leads and gather key information about properties
• Work closely with our acquisitions team to assess purchase opportunities
• If a purchase isn’t the right fit, transition the opportunity to a brokerage listing
• Maintain CRM records and manage your follow-ups efficiently
• Learn and use industry-specific language and real estate best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
• Willingness to learn about real estate, especially acquisitions and sales
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in sales or cold calling is a plus, but not required
• Real estate experience (residential or commercial) is helpful, but we will train the right person
