Business development intern(host/influencer/talent recruiter)
This job is fully remote. Interns will get commissions and base pay and will be offered a permanent position after a three-month trial period.
Job Description
- Explore Broadcaster/Vlogger resources to make them join the Uplive app to showcase their Talent/performance on the app
- Responsible for Talent management and developing potential influencers/broadcaster/vloggers from online and offline channels: such as FB/Instagram/YouTube etc and offline directly exploring and convincing broadcaster/vlogger, stage performer, explore agencies for relevant and potential broadcasters/vloggers etc.
- Work closely with the BD team and put in best efforts to achieve business objectives
- Follow up and manage recruited Broadcaster/Vlogger's schedule/performance on the app
- Guidance and give training to Broadcasters/Vloggers in case of queries.

Requirement
- Excellent skill in communication, interpersonal and social networking
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Familiar with Social Media Platform
- Good presentation and negotiation skills, flexible and be able to work under pressure
- Responsible, strong execution, team player, well-organized, equipped with aesthetic sense
- Experience in Model Management, Artist Management, or any media related disciplines would be an advantage
