AI/ML Solutions Architect with Geospatial Expertise

We are seeking a highly versatile and innovative AI/ML & Geospatial Solutions Engineer with full-stack development capabilities to lead the rapid prototyping of intelligent applications. This role involves designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and ArcGIS technologies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end stacks, building end-to-end proof-of-concepts that integrate advanced analytics with interactive geospatial visualization and modern UI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proof-of-concept applications that integrate AI/ML models, ArcGIS tools, and modern web-based front-end interfaces.
  • Implement end-to-end pipelines including data ingestion, model training/inference, and visualization.
  • Rapidly prototype scalable solutions to demonstrate technical feasibility and support user engagement.
  • Design intuitive dashboards and map-based interfaces using frameworks like React, Streamlit, or similar tools.
  • Integrate with APIs, cloud-based data services, and geospatial platforms (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, etc.).
  • Collaborate with data scientists, subject matter experts, and UX/UI designers to translate concepts into functional solutions.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code for reuse and transition to production teams.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI, geospatial systems, and front-end/back-end development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, GIS, or a related field.
  • Experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of AI/ML or geospatial application prototypes.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (especially React or similar frameworks).
  • Experience with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with ArcGIS tools (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS API for Python/JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data engineering basics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced prototyping or R&D environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Streamlit, Dash, or similar data-focused web frameworks.
  • Familiarity with geospatial data formats (GeoJSON, shapefiles) and spatial databases (PostGIS, ArcGIS Geodatabase).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), or CI/CD for prototyping environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
