We are seeking entry-level Language Analysts fluent in Mandarin Chinese to join our team supporting critical National Defense and Security efforts in the National Capital Region.

Your Role

As an Entry-Level Language Analyst, you will:

Provide translation, transcription, and cultural interpretation of Mandarin Chinese materials

Assist senior analysts in synthesizing foreign language content for mission support

Work with operational teams to deliver timely and accurate language services

Support intelligence analysis and reporting efforts under the guidance of experienced mentors

Develop professionally through training and on-the-job experience

Minimum Qualifications

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (ILR 2+/2+ or higher in reading and listening preferred)

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance (sponsorship available)

Interest in national security, analysis, and language-based intelligence

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Background (but not required)

Coursework or experience in China/East Asia studies, international relations, or linguistics

Familiarity with metadata analysis, social network analysis, or research methods

Military or government internship experience is a plus
