Human Resource Assistant
HR Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources. The ideal candidate should be organized, eager to learn, and adaptable to various tasks. Flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll and benefits administration (experience with ADP is a plus, but not required—training provided!).
Be open to learning new HR processes and taking on various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
No prior HR experience required—we will train the right candidate!
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
