Family & Community Specialist

Purpose of Position 

The purpose of this position is to aid in the supervision of youth transitioning through the Greene County Youth Academy and assist in program delivery, especially as it relates to family and community services, under the supervision of the Program Manager and Director of Youth and Family Programs.

Minimum Training and Experience 

Required to Perform Essential Job Functions A minimum of sixty (60) college credit hours in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related Human Services area and strong written and verbal communication skills or two years experience working with juveniles and families. A valid Missouri Motor Vehicle Operator’s license is required.
