Systems Analyst

Ideal Candidate:

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or information systems (or 2+ years of experience in a similar role)
• Strong computer software and analytical skills.
• Organized, demonstrates flexibility in accepting new responsibilities, anticipate needs, demonstrates professionalism and precision in tasks, and performs a thorough follow up of all tasks assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Optimize the effectiveness of the company’s ERP system by managing the set up and configuration of the application.
• Assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage system upgrades by developing and executing testing procedures.
• Develop and deploy SQL reports to provide management and operations leaders with key performance data and information.
• Provide documentation of system processes and procedures and train end users on the use of the system.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Proficient in Computer Aided Drafting (Autodesk AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and MS Office Suite
• Possess experience in a manufacturing environment
• Desire to learn about cabinet construction and woodworking machinery
