Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Support Specialist to support our team nation-wide in maintaining educational materials, managing inventory, and executing marketing initiatives. 


 

Core Responsibilities:

Provide daily support to all clinics and organizational departments. 

  • Maintain and organize samples and literature, including unboxing and stocking packages upon arrival.
  • Track inventory, ensure items are accounted for, and follow up on missing inventory as needed.
  • Process literature, sample, and trade show requests by packing items, printing materials, shipping them, and providing recipients with tracking information.
  • Print and manage stock of hand outs for medical devices and prepare for shipping. 
  • Create and order business cards for team members.
  • Update and rebrand documents as needed to align with current branding guidelines.
  • Print and assemble binders for continuing education courses
  • Coordinate and prepare the shipment of marketing materials to clinics as required.
  • Ad-hoc marketing projects when needed
  • Execute and collect data from patient experience  
  • Communicate and share information with Leadership across several departments. 
  • Reporting on patient outcomes using Athena Medical Record software.
  • Coordinate corporate meetings, trainings and luncheons.


 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in managing inventory and shipping processes.
  • Basic design or document formatting skills (Adobe Acrobat) are a plus.
  • Canva experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills for corresponding with team members, clinics, and external recipients.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.


 

 Education/Experience: 

  • High School, related experience and/or training.
  • Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft 365 products (word, excel, PowerPoint, publisher etc.)
  • Minimum of one to two years’ administrative experience 
  • Excellent organization and written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Cognito forms and Canva is a plus
  • Ability to work well with others
