Fundraising Operations Assistant

WinPower Strategies is one of the largest Democratic political consulting firms in the Pacific Northwest. We provide general consulting, graphic design, web design, direct mail, video production, ad-buying, financial compliance, and fundraising services to hundreds of political candidates, ballot initiatives, and political organizations in Washington State (and several in Alaska, Idaho, and Montana). 

We're looking for someone hungry for a future in political work to advance the operations of our fundraising department. 

The best applicants will: have people skills, have a willingness to be in person at the office 5 days a week, have event-planning skills, have writing ability, have the ability and willingness to learn various computer skills, have the ability to manage sometimes difficult personalities, have a flexible schedule, have an extremely strong work-ethic, have politically left-wing or left-leaning values, have a ton of discretion with sensitive information, be a team-player, have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a strong desire to build political connections and advance their career.
