Account Coordinator

Position Title: Account Coordinator

Anticipated Start Date: June 1, 2025

Number of Hours: Full time  

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Precision Retirement Group is growing, and we are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team. This person will assist the Business Partners on various projects and tasks to grow the business on a national level. This person will work on a wide variety of projects including conference planning, advertising, and developing leads. This person will also support the daily administrative tasks in the office.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, producing, and delivering communications materials
  • Develop marketing and communication plans for conferences
  • Conduct needs assessment for various groups and provides analysis summary
  • Assist with ongoing plan service work, including conducting exit interviews, and answering participant questions
  • Assist with design and development of power points to be used with clients and participants
  • Provide daily assistance with general office duties, including communication by phone and email                                             

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience in marketing and/or event planning is helpful but not required
  • Basic experience in data analysis and market research
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with plan participants and plan contacts
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent organization skills
  • Must be able to prioritize effectively and work with minimal supervision and/or direction
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, contributing to overall office success
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) system

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree in the Business field, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate personal integrity, and handle confidential information daily
  • Self-motivated with a desire and willingness to learn
  • Roots in the community with a desire to grow within the company

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position will be in a small office, working in an open collaborative space with their own desk. We desire to hire the right candidate to fit with our team. We offer an excellent work environment with the potential for growth from within.
