BERT OGDEN CORPORATE ADMIN ASSISTANT

Description

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties as assigned.  

  • Provides direct assistance to Corporate Office.
  • Develop and maintain an orderly filing system.
  • Proactively manage calendar including schedule meetings.
  • Provide general support to management and employees as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner at all times.
  • Assists with related special projects as required by the corporate office.
  • Compiles data on spreadsheets and generates reports for internal company use.
  • Produce letters, memos, and emails on behalf of the Corporate office staff as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Answer and direct phone calls and other inquiries as      needed.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
  • Must follow all directives from supervisor.
  • Accurately complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Computer Skills and knowledge of email and word processing programs
  • High level of oral, reading, and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Multitask efficiently and effectively

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Some College Preferred
  • Event planning experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT  

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with managers and employees.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
  • Occasional lifting, standing, use of stairs.
  • Occasional attendance at social gatherings.
