The Role:
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to manage and grow an established B2B territory in NE Wisconsin. This is an outside sales position which includes travel and overnights in the territory area. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing new business, and delivering tailored print solutions across our full range of services—including bindery, die-cutting, and mailing/fulfillment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage existing accounts and develop new ones
- Build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Offer consultative print solutions to meet client marketing needs
- Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years sales or service-industry experience (print industry a plus)
- Customer-focused problem solver with integrity
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma required; AA in business/sales/marketing preferred
