SteelHomes Modular is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) administrative assistant intern to support our office team with daily administrative and organizational tasks for the summer.
This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, design-to-construction environment, supporting various departments including operations, design, and logistics. You’ll work closely with company leadership and play an important role in ensuring the office runs efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with filing, document preparation, data entry, and scheduling
Help manage client and project files
Support internal communication across departments
Prepare reports and update records in Excel and other platforms
Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage basic office functions
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work in-office at our Opa-Locka, FL location
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
This role is ideal for students looking to build experience in business operations, administrative coordination, and professional office support. You’ll gain insight into how a modern construction company operates from the inside out.
