Bookkeeper
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Associate's degree in accounting or relevant field is preferred
**Responsibilities:**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and process refunds
- Assist with budget preparation and financial audits
- Maintain complete filing system to support financial records
