Entry Level Logistics Analyst

Looking for fresh grads who are looking for Entry Level roles. Some Excel skills is needed to do the job.

Skills needed but not mandatory:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  The job requires full time auditing of US import documents and US Customs declarations for accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis)
  • Ability to seek out data and information to 100% completion. 
  • Ability to confidently document errors, issues and findings. Ability to determine and seek out root cause analysis, recommend corrections, and elevate to supervisor for action.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information in compliance with company policies.
  • Knowledge of terminology such as USHTS, COO, USDA, FDA, TSCA.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Import documents such as; BOL, HAWB, MB, invoice, arrival notices, packing list, CF7501, CF3461, ABI notes
  • Prior auditing experience with US Import is preferred.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle helpful.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in either US Import, brokerage or forwarding. With a preference of US Import clearance processing and knowledge of medical devices, equipment and the like.
  • College degree not required.


Job requirements:

  • 100% Auditing of all US imports documents and declarations.  
  • Confirming all US imports have required documents such as HAWBs, BOLs, invoices, packing lists, any USDA guidelines, permits, TSCA forms.
  • Internal communication with groups such as purchasing, finance, engineers, scientist for R&D, production and on market material.
  • Maintain division sharepoint system for all US imported material, ensure auditing is completed withing scope of Corporate Policies. 
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including tariff classification, valuation, and country of origin requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, customs brokers, and government agencies to resolve customs-related issues.
  • Stay informed about changes in customs regulations, trade agreements, and industry practices.
