Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer with strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing designs for various print formats—such as business cards, flyers, banners, and large-format signage. Strong customer service, familiarity with AI tools, and the ability to generate accurate project estimates are also key components of this role.

Responsibilities:

Design print and digital graphics including business cards, flyers, banners, signage, and large-format displays

Prepare print-ready files with attention to bleed, resolution, color accuracy, and material requirements

Work directly with clients to understand project needs, present concepts, and make revisions as needed

Use Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) on a daily basis

Incorporate AI tools to streamline design and production processes where applicable

Create project estimates and assist with quoting and customer service inquiries

Manage tasks and deadlines using Monday.com or similar project management tools

Collaborate closely with production staff and sales team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Maintain organized file management and production records

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure alignment with material and equipment capabilities

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required)

Experience in print design and production (e.g., business cards, flyers, banners, large-format graphics)

Understanding of file preparation for various print processes and substrates

Familiarity with AI design/workflow tools (a plus)

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to create accurate estimates and manage revisions

Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software

Must be reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Prior signage or print shop experience is highly desirable
