Assistant General Manager

Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Location: Auburn, WA (on-site)
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: 45–50 hours/week, including every other Sunday and two Saturdays/month
Benefits: Health insurance, 10 PTO/sick days after 1 year (unpaid time off allowed with notice prior to 1-year mark)

Overview:

The Assistant General Manager will play a key support role in overseeing day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the GM, you’ll help supervise events, lead staff, and keep the facility running smoothly. This is a perfect fit for someone from a restaurant or hospitality background seeking more manageable hours and a positive, youth-driven team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the GM in daily management and facility operations
  • Supervise staff, including shift leads and frontline team members
  • Lead event execution, including weekend birthday parties and special events
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest service
  • Fill in as acting GM as needed
  • Help manage team scheduling, floor coverage, and staff training

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role (restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment background preferred)
  • Comfortable working with youth/teen team members and leading by example
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to Greenville, SC for 1–2 weeks of training (expenses paid)
  • Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and evenings

Bonus Opportunity: Candidates who can start immediately (without a two-week notice period) may be eligible for a signing bonus to begin work sooner.
