
Social Media Manager
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our content efforts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and more as we expand. This role requires both digital strategy skills and in-field creativity, you'll be expected to ride along with technicians, capture photos/videos, edit content, and publish it across our channels consistently.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on, creative Social Media Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, jump in the van, and turn real jobsite moments into scroll-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit high-quality video and photo content at real HVAC job sites (ride along with technicians as needed)
- Write compelling captions, create engaging stories, and manage scheduling and publishing
- Produce short-form and long-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that’s on-brand and customer-friendly
- Track performance metrics, engagement, and reach — adjust strategy accordingly
Stay up-to-date on social trends, audio, hashtags, and competitor activity - Collaborate with leadership and technicians to plan campaigns, highlight services, and feature behind-the-scenes content
- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for series, stories, promotions, and viral-worthy moments
- Organize and maintain our digital asset library for social use
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience creating and managing social media content (especially video)
- Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or other content editing apps
- Confidence filming in-the-field (even on job sites or in hot/cold conditions)
- Great eye for storytelling and ability to highlight the human side of trades
- Ability to post multiple times per week and keep a consistent content rhythm
- Clear communication skills and ability to take creative initiative
