About the Role
As the Community Manager for SHx, you’ll be the face and voice of our token community, creating strong connections and energizing engagement across platforms. You’ll shape the culture and communication strategy of the SHx ecosystem, both online and in-person, while using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to supercharge your content and community efforts.

Responsibilities

Community Engagement

Develop and implement strategies to grow and foster the SHx community on Discord, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram.

Act as the primary point of contact for the community, providing support and encouraging healthy, inclusive dialogue.

Attend local and national crypto and fintech events to represent SHx.

Content Creation & Communication

Craft high-quality, engaging content (posts, newsletters, blogs, etc.) aligned with Stronghold’s brand and community tone.

Share updates, product news, and key announcements in a clear and compelling way.

AI & Prompting

Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to enhance community responses, content creation, and engagement strategies.

Feedback & Advocacy

Gather insights from community discussions and relay feedback to internal teams.

Advocate for the needs of the SHx community within Stronghold.

Event Management

Plan and host virtual and in-person events (AMAs, webinars, community meetups).

Metrics & Reporting

Track and report on community health, sentiment, and engagement.

Present insights and KPIs to leadership to guide ongoing strategy.

Qualifications

7+ years in community management or similar roles (preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech startups)

Proven track record in growing and managing online communities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in community tools, social media platforms, and analytics software

Experienced with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude

Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency (SHx knowledge a plus)

Strategic, empathetic, and adaptable mindset

Additional Details

Work Environment: Hybrid. In-person days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our San Francisco (Union Square) office

Commute: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our office. Preference given to those within a 25-mile radius
