Location: Vineland, New Jersey – Industrial Baking Site
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Duration: 4 to 6 months with the possibility of full-time employment with benefits at end of internship
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (40 hours/week)

About the Role:
As a Procurement Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the sourcing and logistics of raw materials and packaging used in our bakery. You'll work with cross-functional teams, interact with suppliers, and help keep our supply chain running smoothly—while gaining hands-on experience with tools like SAP and developing your understanding of procurement in a manufacturing setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in creating and managing purchase orders
- Track supplier deliveries and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
- Support daily purchasing operations for raw materials and packaging
- Coordinate with production planning and inventory teams
- Help maintain accurate supplier data in SAP
- Participate in purchasing across U.S. and Canadian production sites
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and support internal requests
- Monitor perishable materials for rotation and shelf life management
- Contribute to special projects or process improvements
Who You Are:
- A current student or recent grad in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or Business
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Strong communicator (French/English bilingualism is a plus)
- Curious, proactive, and ready to be part of a collaborative team
- Interested in food manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics
