Job Title: Video Content Intern – Startup Analysis Series (Paid, Remote)

Duration: Summer 2025 (June–August, with possible extension)
Compensation: $50 per completed video, up to $3,000 total
About the Role:
America 2030, a venture capital fund by IPO Club, is producing a high-quality video mini-series that transforms written startup analysis into dynamic, shareable content. We're hiring a Video Content Intern to lead the creation of these 1–2 minute videos—each focused on a different startup in our portfolio or deal pipeline. Your task is to turn blog posts and raw research into professional, visually consistent video explainers. You'll manage the entire creative stack: script trimming, visuals, animations, voiceover coordination (if used), branding, and final output. Each video should combine clarity, energy, and visual flair—becoming part of a cohesive content series that strengthens our digital presence on LinkedIn and Youtube.
This is a paid opportunity for a talented and independent creator ready to deliver real results while building a standout portfolio in finance-focused media.
Responsibilities:
- Convert blog posts and research into concise, engaging video scripts
- Design and implement visual identity across all videos (templates, graphics, transitions)
- Produce 1–2 minute startup video-analysis pieces with consistent tone and style
- Manage full production stack, from editing to export
- Deliver high-quality content ready for social media, investor updates, and website
- Work with the investment and marketing teams to prioritize topics and receive feedback
