
Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to manage our social media channels and send a monthly email newsletter. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to help a small business shine online and connect with our local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and post engaging content to Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business (2–3x per week)
Take before/after cleaning photos and create simple graphics or reels
Write and schedule a monthly email newsletter to customers (Mailchimp or similar)
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed
Support seasonal promotions and marketing ideas
Work closely with the owner to align messaging and brand voice
What We’re Looking For:
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience managing business social media accounts
Basic design or Canva skills
Knowledge of email platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
Creative and self-motivated
Bonus: familiarity with cleaning or service industry (not required)
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time: ~5–10 hours/week
