Marketing & Social Media Intern

📣 Marketing & Social Media Intern (Paid | Part-Time | Remote/Flexible)
Location: Remote or Local (preferred: PNW-based)
Position Type: Part-Time Internship (5-10 hrs/week)
Compensation: Hourly $10 + Retreat Discounts/Perks

About Us:
We are a small but passionate retreat business dedicated to supporting mothers through healing, rest, and meaningful community experiences in the beauty of nature. Our retreats are soulful, immersive, and centered around wellness, creativity, and connection. We’re now looking for a creative, organized, and social media-savvy Marketing Intern to help us expand our reach and elevate our brand.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in developing and executing social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Schedule and publish posts across platforms

Create simple graphics, stories, reels, and captions that align with our brand voice

Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and stories

Help brainstorm creative campaigns and promotional strategies

Provide basic support with email newsletters, event listings, and website updates

Track metrics and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach

You Are:

A marketing, communications, or media student (or recent grad)

Passionate about wellness, mental health, community, or motherhood spaces

Skilled at writing engaging, heart-centered content

Familiar with Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and email marketing platforms

Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with light supervision

Looking for a meaningful role with flexibility and creative freedom
