Position Summary

We’re seeking a driven, creative, and well-connected Social Media Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and coordinating brand partnerships that align with CMG's extensive roster of talent and intellectual property.

This is a unique opportunity to bridge pop culture, legacy brands, and next-gen digital storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social trends, experience in partnership development, and a deep appreciation for both classic icons and emerging talent.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new brand collaboration opportunities for CMG clients across fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, tech, and consumer goods industries.
  • Lead outreach to influencers, talent, and content creators for potential partnerships or campaigns involving CMG-represented IP.
  • Support the execution of cross-platform brand campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategies and content development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, creative, licensing) to ensure all partnerships align with rights, brand standards, and legacy positioning.
  • Assist in developing partnership proposals, pitch decks, and creative campaign briefs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics for social campaigns and partnerships.
  • Stay current on social platform best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging tech (e.g., AR, AI content tools, virtual influencers).

 

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand collaborations (agency or entertainment experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Later, Sprout Social, Canva, Google Suite).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling and cultural relevance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for legacy entertainment, celebrity culture, and IP licensing is a plus.
