Quality Control Manager

Quality Control Manager – Safety Services Job Description: 

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining programs to ensure the highest standards of quality in the company’s services, training, and program development activities. This role collaborates closely with the Field Services Manager to oversee and manage all operational activities effectively. Desired Skills & Experience: 

• Proven experience in industrial craft and/or Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) training 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written 

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe, Excel, and Word 

• Demonstrated experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926, DOT, and MSHA regulatory training requirements 

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines effectively 

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage the content of all lecture-based training programs 

• Qualify, train, and supervise instructors to ensure consistent messaging 

• Coordinate client training activities, ensuring alignment with client needs 

• Develop and manage virtual classroom training events and content 

• Support the orientation and professional development of safety and emergency response team members 

• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training program effectiveness 

Physical requirements: 

This candidate must be physically capable of: 

• Walking, standing, and sitting at a desk for several hours per day. 

• Lifting of fifty pounds or less on an occasional basis. 

• Bending, squatting and reaching overhead 

• Pushing and pulling carts and materials 

Compensation: This is a salaried, non-exempt position. The employee will be eligible to participate in the company’s health insurance and 401(k) programs, subject to eligibility requirements. 

Work Schedule: The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, typically during standard business hours. Occasional overtime may be required to support training activities or project deadlines
