Mechanical Engineer Intern - Summer 2026

 

Join our company of professionals for a summer internship in the exciting A/E/C industry as we design high performance building systems for all types of commercial and institutional projects. Design Engineers seeks an eager learner to join our Cedar Rapids, Iowa office as a Mechanical Engineer Intern.

 

The perfect candidate for our Mechanical Engineer Internship position will have or seek direct experience in the construction industry.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Work directly with mentor and other engineers involved with the investigation, design, and construction of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing systems.
