We have an opening for a paid, part-time Sales Intern! 

ABOUT US:

We are the Hampton Chocolate Factory! Austin (24) and his brother, Grant (21) took over the family business in 2022 and are on a mission to build a brand that lasts over 100 years, becoming the gift of choice in America! The Hampton Chocolate Factory (HCF) helps businesses improve relationships by providing luxury chocolate corporate gifts that can be shipped directly to their client's doorstep!  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We have an opening for a Sales Intern with HUSTLE! This position will be doing sales, working directly with our Co-CEO to collect leads, and participate in sales campaigns.

DUTIES:

  • Entry-level duties: Cold calling, email outreach, or online video calls to reach potential customers
  • Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and prospective advertisers
  • Administrative tasks: Updating sales records and documents, and providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Communication: Once seasoned, you will likely attend meetings to observe and learn. You will also be communicating with vendors and clients
  • Other: Conducting research and collating survey data, assessing whether sales targets are met, and taking notes on what they learn

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Your own computer and fast wifi, live in the Tampa area, and have availability for 10 hours a week (hours will vary).
  • The ability to represent HCF upholding our standards and ideals.

PAY:

  • $12 per hour, plus bonuses:
    • Receive $25 for every lead you find that closes under $3k
    • Receive $50 for every lead you find that closes $3k+
