Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Marketing Intern to join our in-person team. This hands-on internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining practical experience in the insurance industry, especially in sales, marketing, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with outbound and inbound sales activities

Support marketing campaigns and help manage social media content

Perform client follow-ups and maintain CRM records

Help prepare presentations and promotional materials

Assist with basic accounting tasks and agency operations

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
