Position Summary

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will be the face of Uloha Store—delivering excellent customer service, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys retail, thrives in a collaborative team, and has a passion for the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude

Provide knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately

Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays

Restock shelves, process new inventory, and monitor product availability

Support opening and closing procedures as needed

Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals

Stay informed about new arrivals, sales, and promotions

Uphold Uloha Store’s brand values and contribute to a positive store culture

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated

Interest in outdoor activities and gear is a plus

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
