
Management Trainee Program

Our 2‐year Management Trainee Program gives college graduates the opportunity to train in different departments of the casino while getting paid!
- $25 per hour for the first year and $30 per hour the second year
- Train for 1‐2 months in each department of Commerce Casino: Hotel, Guest Experience, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Casino, Food & Beverage, Accounting, Cage, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security.
- If a management position becomes available, Management Trainees can apply and interview for the position after 6 months of employment in the Management Trainee Program.

Requirements to apply:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 4‐year degree from an accredited university, or graduating by May 2025

Essential Job Functions:
- Receives management training from Commerce Casino’s various departments.
- Learns all Poker and California game rules pursuant to departmental dealing procedures.
- Participates in on-the-job training, completing all assigned tasks.
- Must be able to work any schedule including Holidays, weekends and graveyard shifts.
- Assists with day-to-day operations with each department.
- Observe and gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes from various positions and departments in the company’s operations.
- Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by Management.
