As an Account Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Managers and Account Executives, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- Support the marketing process by compiling documents, collecting data, and gathering carrier quotes as requested by the Risk Advisor and Account Manager/Account Executive.
- Facilitate effective communication between the team and clients, ensuring information flows seamlessly. Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, demonstrating a keen awareness of the importance of timely and accurate information.
- Take charge in the communication with insurance carriers, ensuring accurate coverage throughout the year, with greater emphasis during the renewal process.
- Employ your skills to efficiently manage and maintain up-to-date records in our Agency Management System and other internal and client-facing systems.
- Apply your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities when maintaining continuous knowledge of client accounts and identifying potential issues and opportunities.
- Use your thirst for knowledge to stay informed about carrier changes, industry developments, and government regulations surrounding group benefits insurance.
- Channel your attention to detail when understanding company capabilities and services, effectively communicating all offerings to the client.
