THE ROLE
You'll lead all technical aspects of HirePrep.ai, working directly with the founding team to evolve our AI-powered interview preparation platform. This isn't a role where you'll be implementing someone else's vision—you'll be a true co-founder with decision-making authority and the ability to shape our technical roadmap.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and build out the full-stack application based on our validated MVP
- Lead the integration and enhancement of our AI feedback systems that provide real-time guidance to users
- Develop an intelligent chatbot interface that can engage in dialogue with users about their interview responses
- Make key decisions on tech stack, database architecture, and development priorities
- Work closely with the founding team to rapidly iterate based on user feedback
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and maintain a lean, efficient codebase
What You Bring:
- Full-stack development experience with the ability to build and deploy production-ready applications
- Passion for AI applications and experience integrating AI tools/APIs into software products
- Self-directed work style with the ability to manage technical priorities independently
- Experience working in early-stage environments where speed and adaptability are crucial
- Interest in educational technology, career development, or HR tech (bonus)
- Finance industry knowledge or interest (bonus)
