Sales and Recruiter Intern

Job Title: Sales/Recruiter Intern 
Location: Appleton, WI in office 
Job Type: Full-Time OR Part-Time

Salary: Hourly Base - $18/hrly + Commission

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sale/Recruiter Intern to join our internal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for recruiting and a keen eye for top sales talent. 

Position Summary: 
As a Sales/Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-performing professionals with our client partners. You’ll play a critical role in helping our clients build strong, revenue-generating teams while growing our agency’s footprint in a competitive market. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Source and attract top candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) 

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with appropriate roles 

Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future openings 

Partner with talent acquisition teams to understand client needs and role requirements 

Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage the candidate experience 

Stay current with market trends and best practices in recruitment 

Meet or exceed monthly placement and performance goals 

Cold calling to potential clients 

Skill marketing talent 

Travel to local businesses to prospect and meetings 

Attend networking events  

 

Qualifications: 

Great for those graduating with a Business or Communication Major 

Positive attitude with team player mentality while being able to self-direct  

Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment 

High level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail 

Being able to work during open hours Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm; working a minimum of 25+ hours  

Ideal candidate will work part time until graduation or completion of internship, then get hired full time.  

Must be graduating in 2025 (May, Summer, or Winter)
