Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift - Deland FL

The Maintenance Technician for Pall Corporation is responsible for supporting Deland’s maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of all machinery and equipment within the plant. Our Maintenance Technicians work with minimal supervision while providing manufacturing technical support to department engineers and designers.

 

This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, who is part of the Energy + Operations Deland maintenance department located in Deland, FL, and will be on-site. The required work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM to 11:15 PM.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform electrical repairs and installations while following specifications from engineering and equipment manufacturers
  • Interface with operators to ensure production equipment readiness and performance
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance

 

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance concepts
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience at journeyman level; experience in like work centers
  • Knowledge of single and three (3) phase industrial electricity and power distribution

 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working with steel microfibers
  • CNC machine maintenance, low voltage controls, and PLC
  • Heavy manufacturing environment
