As a Sales Development Rep, you will be responsible for driving increased revenue opportunities. Your targeted prospecting efforts and scheduling sales consultations on behalf of our sales organization will result in the generation of new business revenue.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Identification: Pioneer and qualify new business opportunities within the energy and water sectors.
  • Prospect Engagement:  Execute high-volume outreach, including tailored emails, to engage and support prospects.
  • Sales Optimization:  Utilize tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hubspot to enhace sales sequences, leading to increased appointment settings.
  • Data-Driven Strategies:  Leverage data to champion prospect engagement and drive sustained new business growth
  • Performance: Meet or exceed monthly opportunity and conversion targets

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and writing skills with impeccable attention to detail while being strategic and creative in your outreach to prospects and customers. 
  • Ability to multi-task as you support your team of Account Executives to secure appointments, develop a pipeline, and ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Approach the role with a team and collaborative mindset to provide high levels of service.
  • Prior experience in business development, prospecting, appointment setting, etc. with a track record of quality meeting conversion rates a plus.
  • Proficiency in sales tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Hubspot
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to develop new prospect relationships.
