About the Role:
As our Summer Legal Policy Intern, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our policy database. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and archiving outdated policies from our existing database.
- Reviewing current policies to identify areas for updates and improvement.
- Assisting in the drafting and revision of policy language.
- Organizing policies in an easily accessible format, potentially utilizing SharePoint.
- Collaborating with our legal team on various policy-related tasks.

Details:
- Location: Fully remote position
- Type: Contract Internship
- Schedule: Anticipated start date as early as mid-May ending mid-August with possible end date extension based on need. 40 hours per week required for 10 weeks
- Compensation: $15,000 total for the term of the internship, contract position (1099), invoice due every two weeks to receive bi-weekly payments over the 10 week period
- Reports To: Legal Team

- Currently enrolled as a 1st or 2nd-year law student.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 1 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
